Boost your focus, calm, and confidence with Performance Edge — a powerful four-session VR program designed to help you manage stress and challenging emotions. Each session teaches practical, evidence-based skills you can use in study, life, and placements.

Run by the Counselling Service, this immersive experience is free for all students.
