You want to do well at uni, to set you up for the life you want.
But uni life can hit hard. Stress and anxiety can pull you off course, and self-doubt creeps in.
The Counselling Service offers all students a free, evidence-based training program shown to give you practical skills to face difficult thoughts head on, steady yourself under pressure, and move through challenges with clarity and strength.
Sign up for five sessions of the Virtual Reality Stress Management Training program, so you can manage the challenges of uni life with confidence, no matter what shows up.
