Vice-Chancellor’s Student vs Staff Cricket Gala Day

Ready to take on Team Staff? Join us for a fun day of cricket, food and friendly competition at the Vice-Chancellor's Student vs Staff Cricket Gala Day.
Join fellow students for a morning of social cricket at Ray Watt Oval before taking on university staff in the main Student vs Staff match. Students of all skill levels are encouraged to participate, whether experienced in cricket or trying the sport for the first time. A modified match format will be used to ensure it's an enjoyable experience for everyone involved!
Want to sharpen your skills beforehand? The Cricket Club will host a Come Try Cricket session on Wednesday 23 September, 4pm to 5.30pm at Bernie Curran Oval, giving students of all experience levels a chance to get involved. You can also join the UNSA Clubs Cricket Day on 25 September from 10am to 4pm at Bernie Curran Oval for a full day of cricket and club activities.
Prefer spectating? Cheer on your favourite team as the friendly rivalry continues. Team Staff won basketball, Team Students won football, and now cricket is up for grabs.
Lunch and light refreshments will be provided for registered participants and spectators!
