UNSA: Yoga
UNSA
Yoga is an ancient practice with well-established physical and mental health benefits. It improves posture, joint mobility and muscle tone, alleviates stress and fatigue, improves focus and mental clarity, and aids in sleep.
Alex Yousefi, a PhD researcher and experienced yoga instructor, is running free weekly yoga sessions on campus and online – at the same time! These evening classes are an excellent way to unwind and work the stress out of your body at the end of the day.
Sessions will run in the UNSA building at Callaghan campus, between the Student Services building and Bar on the Hill. Places here are limited to 15 and registration is essential, so jump in quick to book your spot!
At the same time, these sessions will be live streamed and recorded through our Online Clubhouse, so if you can't make it to campus, you can participate from anywhere online!
You don’t need to register if you’re attending online.
