University Mental Health Day May 3rd 2022
We're joining universities across Australia and New Zealand on Tuesday, May 3 to hold the 9th Australia and New Zealand University Mental Health Day (UMHD).
After the challenging few years the world has faced, looking after your mental health is more important than ever.
The aim of University Mental Health Day is to bring together our diverse university community to inspire conversations, campaign, take action and create change.
This year, we have a number of events taking place over three days:

Chat with our friendly volunteers who will provide information on the support and resources available for maintaining positive mental wellbeing, as well as info on the new Ourimbah Pop Up Gym. Plus a free BBQ lunch from UNSA!

Visit stalls from mental health services Headspace, Batyr, and Lifeline, as well as the Uni’s Health Promotion & Counselling teams as well as UNSA. If you don’t know where to start in supporting your mental health, our team of experts will point you in the right direction.
