THRIVE for Wellbeing
An abstract person jumping in the air
THRIVE for Wellbeing is a free weekly group for students wanting to improve their wellbeing and learn new ways to navigate challenges, whilst connecting with fellow students.
You are guided through simple creative arts activities to promote wellbeing. Using fun evidence-based strategies delivered by Counselling clinical staff, you will discover how to:
- Improve present moment skills to enhance wellbeing and focus
- Use practical skills to stop fighting internal struggles
- Set and achieve goals—even when discomfort shows up.
Facilitators
- We are passionate about helping students by providing evidence-based strategies that are practical and realistic.
