Learn how to work with your stress to focus and achieve goals. Mindfulness…. Like you have never noticed before! This experiential workshop will include completing  several mindfulness activities that you can then practice to benefit your daily living. Mindfulness is an excellent skill that all humans need. It can be applied to everyday living and you don’t even have to meditate or even make time for it. We will teach you how to use this skill anywhere, anytime.
