Join the Respectful Communities team supporting the University's commitment to creating a safe and respectful culture on our campuses, in our online spaces and in our wider community.

Become a Respect at Uni Peer Leader and make a positive impact on fellow students while helping to develop and deliver sex and respectful relationships education to the student community.

Respect at Uni Peer Leaders will collaborate with the Respectful Communities Coordinator to help foster a safe and respectful environment across all our campuses. As part of this initiative, Respect at Uni Peer Leaders will assist to develop and deliver educational programs aimed at preventing gender-based violence, including sexual assault and harassment. Training and support will be provided.

These are casual, paid roles for up to 10 hours per week during Semester 2, 2024. Positions are available at the Callaghan, Newcastle City, and Ourimbah campuses.
