We are looking for dynamic and inspiring students to train as casual PASS (Peer Assisted Study Session) Leaders.
The PASS Program is a study assistance program that provides regular scheduled, out-of-class, peer-facilitated study sessions led by mentors called PASS Leaders, for students seeking to improve their grades.
PASS Leaders are trained in how to facilitate positive, collaborative group learning, how to conduct sessions and the concepts of promoting a learning environment.
Successful applicants will facilitate one to three sessions per week (determined by the PASS Program Coordinator) at times that are negotiated around the class schedule of the students in the course and the Leader’s personal class schedule.
