Interested in gaining some work experience on campus?

The Library are looking for 3 current students to become paid Interns at the Callaghan campus. These Internships provide a great opportunity to gain some relevant work experience while you study.

The 3 Internships on offer are:

  • Digital Library Programs: Work with the Digital Library Programs team to create a tailored reflective tool for staff and students of the Uni to assess and develop their own digital capabilities. Help inform future online content and resources for students, and staff training and outreach campaigns.

  • Client Services: Project manage an evaluation of the newly refurbished learning spaces at Auchmuty and Ourimbah libraries. Research and design a suitable evaluation methodology based on User Experience principles, and then execute the evaluation and analyse the results.

  • Student Engagement & Partnerships: Work with Library staff from various teams (including the Student Engagement and Partnerships team, the Client Services team and the Academic Engagement team) to craft student centred communications and create content for a variety of print, web and social media channels.

Interested? Come along to this online information session to hear more details about the position. We will provide tips on how to submit a high-quality application and outline the support available to help you through the application process.
