Jobs on Campus Info Session: ASKUON Customer Service Assistant

The University of Newcastle's ASKUON team is currently looking for up to 40 students to become Customer Service Assistants.
The role is responsible for providing assistance in the ASKUON team. The team handles enquiries via phone, face to face, email, and digital channels from prospective, current and past students, staff of the University of Newcastle, and the general community. The Student Hubs (ASKUON) offer a place for students to get advice and referrals from trained staff about any matter relating to their time at University, including academic, administrative and support services.
This is a casual, paid role with opportunities available at the Callaghan, Newcastle City, and Central Coast campuses.
