Want to make a real difference to someone's university journey? The Future Students (Domestic) Unit are looking for current students to join their team as Future Students Support Assistants!

As a Future Students Support Assistant, you will support the University's domestic student recruitment efforts, primarily through phone campaign. Drawing on your own positive experience as a University of Newcastle student, you will engage with prospective students through various conversion points of their journey, such as helping them with applications, offer acceptance and enrolment formalities.

This is a paid casual role for approximately 4-12 hours per week throughout Semester 2, 2026 based at Callaghan campus. This is a great opportunity to make a positive impact on fellow students and develop valuable skills in communications.
