Jobs on Campus Info Session: ASKUON Customer Service Assistants

The University is looking for 20 current students to join the ASKUON team as Customer Service Assistants.
ASKUON provides high‑quality support to current students, past students, staff and the wider community across phone, face‑to‑face and email channels. The Student Hubs and Contact Centre act as a central point for accurate advice, practical assistance and referrals relating to academic, administrative and wellbeing matters.
These are casual, paid roles with opportunities available at both Callaghan and Newcastle City campuses. From time to time, staff may also support other areas of the University during peak periods or priority projects.
