The University is looking for 20 students to join the ASKUON team as Customer Service Assistants. The ASKUON team handles enquiries via phone, face to face, email, and digital channels from prospective, current and past students, staff, and the general community.

The Student Hubs offer a place for students to get advice and referrals from trained staff about any matter relating to their time at University, including academic, administrative and support services. From time-to-time, there are additional opportunities to work within other areas of the University to support priority activities. Customer-focused service delivery and a promotion of a culture of continuous improvement will be fundamental to the role.

Successful applicants will be based at the Callaghan Campus, NUSpace, Gosford, and/or the Ourimbah Campus and will work for up to 10 hours per week.

Applicants MUST attend a one-hour online information session for their application to be considered. Sessions are being held on 10 May, 12 May, and 18 May. The purpose of the session is to provide more information about the position and support applicants to submit a quality application.
