Healthy Relationships Online Workshop with Consent Labs

Renowned Australian youth-led sex and consent education organisation Consent Labs will deliver an online workshop giving you the info and knowledge to have healthier relationships.
Workshop Content: Discusses the traits of a healthy relationship, and emotional manipulation tactics used in unhealthy relationships.
- Recognise traits of both healthy and unhealthy relationships.
- Explore various perspectives of what makes a relationship ‘healthy’.
- Understand and identify key features of emotional manipulation tactics including gaslighting, love-bombing and coercion.
- How to respond to emotional manipulation.
