Creative Self Care

In this workshop we will be exploring the ways creativity can help students manage and overcome stress and anxiety. Creativity is one of the most important characteristics of being human and studies suggest it is a key ingredient to increasing our overall well-being.

This workshop will inspire students into their creative selves by reflecting upon their existing creativity and exploring new opportunities to nurture creativity in their lives. We will dance, draw and practice mindfulness techniques and more in a fun and supportive environment. Everyone welcome!
