Batyr: Being Herd Workshop
Being herd
Have you got a story to share? Being Herd is a free two-day workshop that empowers young people (aged 18-30) to give a voice to their story of mental-ill health.
The workshop focuses on highlighting the steps you took to get support, what has helped in your recovery or management of your experiences and how you can share your story in a safe and effective way for yourself and other young people.
After participating in the workshop you may also have the opportunity to undergo further training to become a batyr speaker, where you will tailor your storytelling to share your experience.
Join us on the 24th and 25th of September 10am-5pm Saturday 9:30am-1pm Sunday.
