The Mobile Blood Service is visiting UON's Central Coast campus on 22 May, from 11am - 4.30pm.
To prepare for your donation, follow these handy tips:
- Drink up - have 3 or 4 glasses of water or juice in the hours before you donate.
- Eat - have a good sized breakfast or lunch.
- Please bring photo I.D. with you.
If you haven't already made an appointment to give blood, you can make an appointment online or phone 13 14 95.
Every donation can save three lives.
