Newcastle City campus: Ground Floor - Nuspace, 10am - 2pm, Wednesday 23rd July 2025
Ourimbah campus: Ganda Burung Cafe, 10am - 2pm, Thursday 24th July 2025
Callaghan campus: Brennan Room - Shortland Building, 10am - 2pm, Friday 25th July 2025
