Resilient Workers: Leading After COVID-19 Panel Presentation
COVID-19 has disrupted our lives in ways we could not have imagined one year ago. In Australia, companies are now looking to their post-COVID futures which, for many, combines remote working with face time. Research indicates that neither employers nor employees want to return to pre-COVID work models. So, what are the implications for organisations and leaders moving forward? How can we build thriving, resilient workforces while preparing for whatever the ‘new’ normal of work looks like?
We invite you to join the Newcastle Business School's Leading after COVID-19 panel presentation, where the panel will address these issues based on their research and experience.
Panel Members include:
Ms Charlotte Thaarup, Director, The Mindfulness Clinic
Professor Christina Boedker, Newcastle Business School
Dr Peter Cock, CEO Newcastle Airport
