Exercise Right Week is your starting point. Access free Community Health Assessments, including a personalised exercise program designed by an exercise professional.
When and Where:
- Monday 25 May 8am - 2pm at NUsport, Harbourside Gym
- Tuesday 26 May 8am - 2pm at NUsport, University (Callaghan) Gym
- Thursday 28 May 8am - 2pm at at University of Newcastle Exercise Physiology Clinic, Hunter Sports Centre, Glendale
Our exercise professionals will help you explore University of Newcastle facilities, including two NUsport gyms and a student-led Exercise Physiology Clinic, to find what works for you. The clinic supports those with health conditions or injuries, while NUsport offers flexible memberships.
