Essential guidance for obtaining your security clearance

Are you a student or recent graduate seeking a career that requires a security clearance? This could include; research, science, engineering, aerospace, cybersecurity, data focused roles or digital technology. This also applies to many roles in government and the public service.

Obtaining a security clearance can take several months and delays can limit your ability to apply for positions.

Join us for an online information session, and hear from industry representatives, about the requirements and process for obtaining a security clearance. Find out about funding opportunities available to help you in applying for a security clearance and work placement opportunities that having a clearance could bring.

  • Department of Defence

Anonymity

The event requires registration however attendees may choose to remove their name in zoom before joining to remain anonymous. Attendees will also have an opportunity to take part in Q&A session which will allow anonymous question submissions.
