Events and public lectures

The University of Newcastle Public Lecture Program

Our Public Lecture Program forms part of the University's efforts to contribute knowledge, thought-leadership and innovative ideas to the region.

The Program showcases dynamic speakers through a number of community-focused talks across a range of disciplines, encouraging constructive debate on issues of regional and global relevance.

The New Professors Talk series features six lectures, providing a chance to hear firsthand from world-leading researchers and subject-matter experts speaking on topics that affect us all.

Other University events can be found on the University Events Calendar.
