What is an allegation or complaint of misconduct?
At any point in time, you have the option of referring your report for an assessment of alleged misconduct. The University of Newcastle follows a victim/survivor led approach, respecting the wishes of the persons effected and their choice for further action.
The University of Newcastle acknowledges the traditional custodians of the lands within our footprint areas: Awabakal, Darkinjung, Biripai, Worimi, Wonnarua, and Eora Nations. We also pay respect to the wisdom of our Elders past and present.
