Room and living options

The nine-storey building will offer 445 student beds in a range of room types, including micro studios, studios, twin rooms, and six-bed shared apartments. Each option will feature kitchen and bathroom facilities, along with access to shared living areas, dining spaces and laundry rooms. Whether you prefer independent living, a more social environment or need accessible living options, you will be able to choose a space that fits your lifestyle.

Building and design features

The building has been carefully designed to support every aspect of student life, from focussed study to social interaction and relaxation. Boasting vibrant ground-floor amenities for staff and students, the indoor spaces feature dedicated study areas and communal lounges across all levels.
