You have 7 days to decide whether you wish to accept the offer made to you or to defer or decline it. You need to log in to http://myhub.newcastle.edu.au to register your decision.

• Your username is your UAC number
• Your password is your date of birth (ddmm)

You will need to return to http://myhub.newcastle.edu.au 6 hours after accepting and login again using your UAC number and date of birth to obtain your new University of Newcastle username and password.

You will receive a letter from the Vice Chancellor shortly advising you when your Program Informationand Enrolment Session (PIES) will be held. We highly recommend that you attend this session to ensure you have all of the information required for your success in the program you are about to begin.

Make sure you bring your username and password. You will also need your tax file number for Commonwealth Assistance purposes.

Orientation sessions for commencing students will be held at Newcastle and the Central Coast campuses. The Orientation website has all the details of the dates, times and locations of all the exciting activities that are scheduled for you.
