Financial Reporting

Within TechnologyOne Financials a researcher workplace has been developed to assist researchers with the financial management of their research grants. This workplace has a financial summary and detailed report of cost collectors for first named researchers as listed in the Research Office database. To access these reports:

• Log onto TechnologyOne Financials (http://metaframe.newcastle.edu.au/Citrix/auth/login.aspx )*

• In the right screen titled ‘Published Reports’ a list of accounts and summary information will be available. If an account is not listed for which you are the first named CI please contact the Research Office.

• To view the detailed report including names and appointment levels of staff paid from the account click the title of the project.

If you require a Financial Report to be submitted to a Funding Body please contact the Research Accounting Team  within Financial Services.

* To register for use of Technology One Financials complete the registration form and in the third box titled 'Role/Workplace' enter "UON Researcher".
