ARCS (Academic Research Computing Services) is responsible for supporting the specialised computing needs of researchers, academic staff and research higher degree students of the University.
ARCS consultancy services
The members of the ARCS team have many years experience in the IT industry and can provide advice on many aspects including:
- software and hardware solutions,
- management of High Performance Computing systems,
- support for the University Access Grid facilities, and
- guidance in programming.
Service requests
Service requests can be logged with 17triplezero IT Service Desk as per the details below.
Your request will be logged into our service request system and assigned to the appropriate job queue.
Please ask for your request to be logged to the ARCS queue where appropriate. The ARCS team will work on each request on a priority basis and contact you as soon as possible.
