BD FACSCalibur

 

The FACSCalibur is equipped for excitation at 488nm and 635nm, and has the ability to detect signals for the following parameters:

• Forward Scatter, Side Scatter
• Three Fluorescent channels (FITC, PE/PI, PerCP)

The FACSCalibur utilises the CellQuest Pro software package for data analysis.
