APPLICATIONS AND CAPABILITIES

 

BD FACSAria

 

The FACSAria is equipped for excitation at 488nm, 633nm and 407nm, and has the ability to detect signals for the following parameters:

• Forward Scatter, Side Scatter
• 9 fluorescent channels on three emission detector arrays:
  • FITC/GFP, PE-Texas Red, PE-Cy7, PE, PerCP/PerCP-Cy5.5/PI,
  • APC, APC-Cy7
  • AlexaFluor 405/Cascade Blue/DAPI, AlexaFluor 430

Additionally, the FACSAria is set up for 2- or 4-way bulk sorting of cell populations.

 

The FACSAria utilises the FACSDiva software package for data analysis.
