Professor Sim Sitkin
The Fuqua School of Business, Duke University
Sim Sitkin is Professor of Management, Director of the Behavioral Science and Policy Center, and Faculty Director of the Fuqua/Coach K Center on Leadership and Ethics at Duke University.
A fellow of the Academy of Management the Society for Organisational Behavior, Professor Sitkin's research focuses on the effect of formal and informal organisational control systems and leadership on risk taking, accountability, trust, learning, change, and innovation. Prior to obtaining his PhD in organisational behaviour from Stanford University, Sitkin spent over 10 years in consulting, non-profit, and government organisations.
