Immerse yourself in our cutting-edge stress management training program that combines virtual reality with evidence-based techniques, designed to help students build practical skills to manage stress as well as challenging thoughts and emotions.

We will be hosting multiple virtual reality sessions each week at both Callaghan and NUspace Campuses until the end of Semester 1:

Callaghan Campus
Thursdays from 10am - 11am for first-time users, and 11am -12pm for subsequent sessions, at L326 in Auchmuty Library.

NUSpace
Mondays from 9.30-10.30am for first-time users, and 10.30-11.30am for subsequent sessions, at X321.
