The Confucius Institute will host a Newcastle China Business Forum 'Newcastle in the Asian Century' at Noah's on the Beach from 9.00am – 3.30pm Friday 26 September.
High profile keynote speakers from China and Australia include:
- Cheng Lei – Anchor, CCTV News / Host, CCTV News Biz Asia
- Nick Coyle - General Manager, AustCham Beijing
- Jim Harrowell AM - President, Australian China Business Council (NSW)
The National Australia Bank and China Union Pay will also present during the morning. After lunch a panel discussion will focus on opportunities for 'Newcastle in the Asian Century'.
