University of Newcastle Legal Centre (UNLC) in Push for Judicial Enquiry in Case of Kathleen Folbigg

Kathleen Folbigg, sentenced to 30 years' jail for the manslaughter and murder of her children, is being assisted in her case by the UNLC.

The UNLC will be assisting Hunter resident, Kathleen Folbigg, to seek a judicial enquiry into her case. Folbigg was sentenced to 30 years' jail for the manslaughter of her first child Caleb, 19 days, and the murder of her other children, Patrick, eight months, Sarah, 10 months, and Laura, 19 months between 1989 and 1999, but has always maintained her innocence.
