We will be hosting multiple virtual reality sessions each week at both Callaghan and NUspace Campuses until the end of Semester 1:
Callaghan Campus
Thursdays from 10am - 11am for first-time users, and 11am -12pm for subsequent sessions, at L326 in Auchmuty Library.
NUSpace
Mondays from 9.30-10.30am for first-time users, and 10.30-11.30am for subsequent sessions, at X321.
Each session only has 10 spots available, so don't miss this opportunity to prioritise your mental health and discover new strategies for coping with the stresses of every day life.
