Evatt House
Evatt House is more than just a place to live while you study.
Named after the Hon Elizabeth Evatt, the first Chief Justice of the Australian Family Court and first woman to preside in the Australian Federal Court, Evatt House is about pride, enthusiasm and seizing the day.
Evatt House is a home away from home for students that are searching for independence but wish to be part of a friendly, supportive community. Residents can choose between self-catered shared apartments or self-contained flats depending on the kind of environment suits them best.
Social spaces for Evatt House include two barbecue areas among the gum tree, a large common room with lounges, a plasma television and a pool table and multiple study areas.
