If you are completing your Pathways program this semester, or completed last semester, there are two options for applying into an undergraduate degree from your Enabling Pathways program:

Internal:
Applications Open Wednesday April 8 2026 for degrees offered in Semester 2 2026, at the University of Newcastle.

The following Semester 1 2027 programs will require a UAC application and are not available through the Your Next Move or internal transfer process:

  • Bachelor of Medical Radiation Science (Honours) (Diagnostic Radiography)
  • Bachelor of Midwifery
  • Bachelor of Occupational Therapy (Honours)
  • Bachelor of Oral Health Therapy
  • Bachelor of Speech Pathology (Honours)
  • Bachelor of Physiotherapy (Honours)
  • Joint Medical Program

*Excluded programs are reviewed annually and may change.

Submit your UAC application before 30 September 2026 to be eligible for the Early Bird Fee. For details on application costs, please refer to UAC's Applicant Processing Charges.

UAC:
If you would like to apply for an Australian University in another state of territory, or any of the programs listed above, you’ll need to apply through the relevant Tertiary Admissions Centre.

Make sure you also check out our other entry schemes available to assist students with educational disadvantage, Indigenous students and for degrees like Medicine and Law.

As a current Diploma student, you will need to complete an Internal Transfer to apply for your undergraduate degree program.
