Prelude Australia

Establishment

Prelude Australia, a not-for-profit charity, stands at the forefront of promoting best practices in early childhood and therapy support for children aged from birth to twelve. With a history spanning over 40 years, the organization has earned the trust of its community by delivering interconnected, capacity-building support with the goal of achieving meaningful outcomes for children. The commitment of Prelude Australia lies in fostering participation and independence in the daily lives of the children it serves.

Dedicated to upholding values such as #respect, #collaboration, and #creatingopportunity, Prelude Australia is in the process of establishing a scholarship program in conjunction with the University of Newcastle to further advance these principles.

The scholarship initiative will complement Prelude Australia's existing programs, including the Student Placement Program, paid Outcome Assistant positions for students, and the New Graduate Program. With the introduction of the scholarship program, the organization's objective is to provide scholars with additional opportunities for professional development during their studies. Ultimately, the aim for this scholarship is to create a pathway for the talented University of Newcastle scholars to commence their career with Prelude Australia.
