The Centre houses outstanding synthesis, characterisation and testing facilities such as a high energy XRD, FE-SEM with soft X-ray emission spectroscopy, online water splitting systems, electrochemical workstation with 100 channel battery cycler and many more.
The extensive facilities at GICAN provide a platform for the continuous development of interdisciplinary collaboration within UON along with other universities across Australia to assist in the development of advanced materials technologies.
