Survey Research Project: Understanding Experiences of Harm Among Current and Ex Catholic Women Religious

However, research also shows that some women religious experience challenges, including sexual assault, sexual harassment, emotional abuse, financial abuse, labour exploitation, physical abuse, sexism, spiritual abuse, and sacramental coercion.
