The University of Newcastle has launched Open Research Newcastle, an open-access institutional repository designed to make research outputs more accessible to everyone, including students, industry, and the broader community.
This modern, future-focused platform replaces the University’s previous system, NOVA, offering a more powerful and user-friendly way to discover and access a wide range of research. From journal articles and books to conference papers, HDR (Higher Degree by Research) theses, creative works, non-traditional research outputs (NTROs), and research data – Open Research Newcastle provides free public access to the full breadth of the University’s research and innovation.
