Thanks to your outstanding generosity, our community has once again helped shape a better, fairer and more sustainable tomorrow through the University's 2024 Gifting Day.
On 18 September, our students, staff, donors, alumni and friends came together to make a collective impact through kindness – raising over $219,000 to support six life-changing projects to benefit people in our communities.
A special thank you to our matched donors who helped amplify support from our wonderful community to make an even greater impact: the Vonwiller Foundation, the Aspen Medical Foundation, Google and generous anonymous donors.

Walking Alongside Student Survivors of Gender-Based Violence
Supporting survivors of gender-based violence to complete their higher education.
Thank you for your generosity in providing vital one-on-one support and services for students who have experienced gender-based violence to complete their degrees and thrive, helping to break the cycle of abuse in our communities.
Speech Pathology for Rural and Regional Children
Helping children find their voice and reach their full potential.
Thank you for supporting crucial speech pathology services for kids attending playgroup in our regional towns so they can have the best start to their learning and develop language skills for life.
Science and Engineering Challenge
Ensuring no child is left behind.
Thank you for giving more children from regional and remote areas the opportunity to participate in engaging, hands on activities, giving them the chance to consider their own future career in STEM.
The Scholarship for Asylum Seekers Program
Helping people seeking asylum access higher education.
