The University of Newcastle and University of Waikato Seed Fund initiative
In 2023, the University of Newcastle and University of Waikato launched an annual seed fund to support the growth of our strategic partnership and ongoing collaboration between our universities. Applications for projects seeking the seed funding are reviewed each year and projects are selected by a panel of representatives from both institutions.
Watch Newcastle Vice-Chancellor and President Professor Alex Zelinsky AO and Waikato's Vice-Chancellor Professor Neil Quigley discuss the seed fund.
