10,000 Steps update
The 10,000 Steps Challenge aims to increase your physical activity by encouraging 10,000 steps per day.
This year, UON have 71 teams entered into the Australian Coast to Coast challenge, and they are in week five of the eight week walking challenge.
The top three UON teams are:
- All Over It – 70%
- Pure Energy – 61%
- Red Hot Chilli Steppers – 54%
