Students, staff and guests of the Newcastle Law School were recently treated to an interesting and dynamic lecture by former Attorney General of Australia, The Hon Mark Dreyfus QC, MP.
In his lecture, 'Australia before the international court of justice: The Whaling Case', Mr Dreyfus spoke about the details of the 'Whaling in the Antarctic (Australia v Japan)' case which has been heard in the International Court of Justice in recent years and concluded in July 2013.
