Hawker Night Food Market
Gregson Park, Hamilton
Saturday 22 September, 4pm – 9pm. Take your taste buds on a journey through the Orient and beyond at the Newcastle China Week Hawker Night Food Market.
Join us at twilight on the sprawling greens of Gregson Park, Hamilton. Meet with friends at our communal dining tables under the starry marquee or bring your picnic rug so you can sit back and enjoy the night's entertainment of music from DJ C Man, illuminated sights of the roving Moon and Stars themed entertainment and thrilling fire show under our illuminated full moon installation.
The Kent Hotel Hamilton Garden Bar will also be popping back up to give you the greatest seat (and service!) in the park while all the best Chinese, Thai, Vietnamese, Korean, Malaysian and fusion foods will be on hand to feed the crowds. The desserts will delight this year, with chocolate dipped strawberries, grilled sweet pastry cones filled with ice-cream, gelato, tea and light bulb soda to satisfy the sweet tooths!
