We have hosted a lot of students through the University of Newcastle over the years and find hosting students can be a great learning experience for our therapists who are supervising and for the organisation as a whole. We see our therapists really grow while they are supervising students. They learn and are able to articulate their own reasoning and grow as a therapist.

Multiplex has an ingrained history of taking students on their initial journey into the construction industry. Some of our global leaders started as local graduates and have continued to be leaders in our company. We understand the quality that the University of Newcastle produces, and our projects benefit from that.

One of the greatest benefits of having students at Lake Macquarie City Council is that they provide great insights from their area of study into the workplace, which benefits our initiatives and projects. We are learning from each other and really tapping into their learning experience, skills, and insights.
