The matching process

Matching is a key first step in building a successful and rewarding mentoring relationship. Once you submit your Expression of Interest, the Alumni Team will carefully review your submission to understand your background, career journey, goals, areas of expertise or interest, and what you hope to gain from the experience. This helps us create thoughtful, well-aligned matches between mentors and mentees based on shared experiences, professional interests, and aspirations.

As places in the program are limited, we may not be able to match everyone in this round. However, your details will be kept on file for future mentoring opportunities.
