Expectations of program participants

Mentors and mentees are expected to meet between 3-6 times (approximately monthly) within their 6-month pairing to maintain momentum and build a mutually beneficial connection. Matched pairs are free to meet more regularly if preferred.

Meetings can be online, in-person, or hybrid, depending on the preferences of both the mentee and mentor.
