Pathways and Academic Learning Support Office
We want to make sure you have all the support you need, both inside and outside of the classroom.
The Pathways and Academic Support Office is available if you have any questions or concerns during your studies or are required to submit any forms.
You are welcome to contact the Pathways and Academic Learning Support Office at any time. Our specialised support team are on hand to answer questions you may have about your studies.

Student Liaison Officer
Our Student Liaison Officers are here to help you make the most of your experience in the Open Foundation Program and can guide you through all aspects of your studies.
From enrolment and course selection to exams, they'll be able to provide personalised advice and connect you with support services should you need them.
Towards the end of your time in the program, they'll be on hand to assist you with your application for your undergraduate degree.

Indigenous Enabling Learning Advisor
Hannah will be your first port of call during your studies for any assistance or access to the services available. You are welcome to contact Hannah if you have any questions about the Yapug program including:
- Course information and study planning
- Scholarships and assistance with applications
- Accommodation queries
- Applying for the Indigenous tutoring scheme
- Referring you to appropriate academic or other support
- Advocating for you if you need support for any academic issue
- Assisting you to find financial support if required throughout the year
Hannah will be available for consultations throughout the semester including the exam period.
